These Terms of Service are specific to Pro-Rated Services and are addendum to the Universal and General Terms of Service and are an agreement that sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the applicable products, services, tools, licenses, websites, and apps related to the brands (defined herein) that are owned and operated by Matthew Boyles-Miller (“Company”) now or in the future.
By purchasing or using Pro-rated web hosting services ("Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or subscribe to these services.
1. Billing & Payments
Pro-rated plans are billed monthly and based on usage (days) and billed on a recurring basis. Invoices are generated or updated on the last day of the month and will be finalized on service cancellation or termination. Once invoices are finalized they are due net 15 days from this date.
Customer has the right to pay any amount due from any monthly generated invoice at anytime to maintain a preferred carry balance.
2. Auto-Renewal
Unless canceled, pro-rated services will automatically renew at the current rate on the first day of each new month. Customers are responsible for ensuring payment methods are up to date and that services are canceled promptly when not needed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Cancellations must be requested via the customer dashboard or by contacting support.
Once services are canceled customer is only billed for the days used in that billing cycle at a rate of the monthly fee divided by the number of days in that month then multiplied by days used that month. This amount will be generated and added to any outstanding balance at that time.
4. Refunds
Pro-rated services are non-refundable, except where required by law or under specific refund policies stated in a Money-Back Guarantee (if applicable).
